Learning & Leadership Education Program – Mentoring & Club Officer Development

Zoom only 6:00 pm-8:00 pm Mentoring Enrichment session Club Officer Development sessions This two (2) hour event will cover Mentoring in your Toastmasters Club. The second hour will be Club Officer Breakout sessions. Club officers are best served by consistent, professional, and engaging training that supports the brand, enhances member experience, and helps them grow as leaders. This training will provide you with the tools to begin your year as a Club Officer with confidence and competence. To fulfill the District 39 requirement for Club Officer Training, a Club Officer must attend one (1) hour of Club Officer specific training and one (1) additional hour of enrichment session. This session may be used to cover one (1) hour of the District 39 two (2) hour requirement for Club Officer Training.

Help new members learn club standards and customs, club meeting roles, become involved in club activities, and advance faster. The second hour will be Club Officer Breakout sessions. The Executive Committee for District 39 is comprised of the following roles: District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, Public Relations Manager, District Administration Manager, District Finance Manager, Division Directors, Area Directors and Immediate Past District Director. We are also extending an invitation to our Parliamentarian.

District Council Meeting

District Council Members: Club Presidents, Vice President's Education, and the members of the District Executive Committee: District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, the Immediate Past District Director, Public Relations Manager, Administrations Manager, Finance Manager, Division Directors, and Area Directors. In this meeting, we will review documents to be submitted to Toastmasters International: Budget District Success Plan Marketing Plan Communication Plan The DEC will also approve appointment of District 39 Area Directors
