The District Leader Agreement and Release Statement. The District Leader Biographical Information Form. Nominations for elected positions are due no later than midnight Monday, February 12, 2024. Area Councils, led by the Area Directors, have until April 30, 2024, to nominate candidates to serve as 2024/2025 Area Directors.
