- Presenting a workshop
- Serving as a Sgt at Arms for workshops & contests
- Serving as teller for business meeting
- Composing & layout of conference program book
- Creating signage (classes/rooms) & certificates
- Serving as storekeeper/librarian assistant
- Serving at registration or first timers table
- Serving on decorations committee – need helpers on Friday
afternoon
- Donating prizes or goodie bag items- Clubs, pool your
resources
- Purchasing an ad in program – promote your business or a
friend’s
- Selling prize donation tickets
- Creating a static display for your specialty club
