Online Conference Registration

Registration options include:
  • Register on-line and pay with your credit card through Pay Pal.
  • Register on-line and pay by check. “Other Payment Options” is located at the bottom left portion of the screen and lists “Pay by Check” as an option. Click on “show” to complete your registration using this option. Your check must be mailed to the District P.O. Box and postmarked by the deadline date.
  • Download, print, and mail your completed registration form and fee to the District P.O. by the deadline date.
